This holiday house is located in the heart of Istria, halfway between the eastern and western beaches. The house is located in a small village with six houses. For the most part, the only noise you can hear is the chirping of birds and the singing of crickets.

Outside, there is a swimming pool with a whirlpool function. There is also a terraced area in the garden where you can eat outside. A barbecue is available.

The living area of this typical Istrian holiday home extends over two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for two persons and a TV, as well as an open kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas cooker, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. On the ground floor there is also a small bathroom with bath and washing machine, as well as a storage room. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. Although the house is not air-conditioned, the thick stone walls keep it cool even on hot days.

The holiday home is conveniently located for exploring all of Istria. You can reach the beaches of Fažana (Brijuni Islands), Peroj or Barbariga by about 15 km, and you can visit Rovinj (about 20 km) or other charming towns in the region. In Svetvincenat (8 km), for example, concerts and performances are always held in the beautiful castle during the summer.

The first minimarket is 3 km away, as are a bar and a restaurant. The ATM, post office and doctor's surgery can be found in Vodnjan or Sanvincenti (both about 8 km away). There is a large supermarket in Vodnjan.

The holiday home is conveniently located. Visit Istrian towns such as Rovinj, Fažana, Pula, Poreč, etc.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
