Yellow Tree Home & Spa villa is an impressive contemporary 4 bedrooms and a large living room villa with a stunning indoor pool. It is built in 2018 and is just a 15 minutes drive from Poreč. Designed with outdoor living in mind, the house combines spacious open terraces creating the perfect place to relax and savoir the peaceful nature that surrounds it.

Villa is a large garden and a very green area.

Spacious double bedrooms are flooded with natural light and share a terrace spanning the width of the villa making it an excellent choice for one or two families or groups of friends wishing to experience a calm and nature oriented vacation. The first floor also offers a huge sun deck with amazing views of the surroundings. Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and setup for larger groups is also possible if a customer chooses so. We have extra 2 large extendable sofas in the living room that can accommodate up to 4 persons sleeping as well as 2 foldable beds for one person each. The villa is family friendly with 2 baby cots available if needed, infant changing table as well as 2 high chairs.

The house is cleverly situated near the highway and only 10 minutes from Poreč, but still far enough from the crowds, so the guests can really enjoy the ultimate peace that the surrounding area offers. The villa is basically in an vineyard at the edge of the urban area.

The highlight of the house is definitely the huge indoor heated pool that is 18 meters long, and can be opened to the exterior by a huge glass wall that spans it's entire length. It's worth mentioning that there is also an indoor Jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym. For wine lovers there is also a professional wine cooler.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
