In a quiet, secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, this beautiful villa offers a peaceful retreat for those wishing to further explore the stunning Istrian countryside. This detached villa is situated 20 meters from the neighboring villa (Casa Peronospora) and sits within its own well-maintained garden. The spacious living/dining area on the ground floor is comfortably furnished and includes a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. A sofa bed and a traditional wood-burning stove also contribute to the cozy, homey atmosphere in the living area. The well-equipped kitchen features a range of modern conveniences, and there is a spacious L-shaped bathroom/laundry room with an old-fashioned, freestanding bathtub. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
