Beautiful villa Morena a semi-detached holiday house with private swimming pool in Tinjan. This wonderful villa is positioned on a plot of 4000 m2 with extraordinary well manteined lawn. Inside the plot is a private parking for 2 cars, a private pool of 30 m2 size, an outdoor covered dinning area with a full equipped kitchen near the pool. For your relax time you can play table tennis, volleyball, badminton. Kids can enjoy also on swings :-)The owner lives on the same property but with separate entrance to the yard.The villa can accommodate up to 12 persons and consists of three separate units. The size of total living area is 160m2 on two floors. There is an apartment for up to 5 persons on the ground floor with a spacious air-conditioned living are, kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. One separate bedroom with double bed and private shower is on the ground floor. There is also an other apartment for up to 5 persons on the first floor and consist of a living area with kitcheen and dinning tabel, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection.
The villa has an amazing outdoor area and pool for your relax vacation :-)

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
