The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a swimming pool (private), a table tennis table, a terrace, a balcony and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Holiday house Morena with pool is located in the small village of Butori in the green Istrian inland, 2km from the town of Tinjan and 15km from Porec and its beaches. The semi-detached house is situated on its own 3800m2 plot of land with paved lawn and offers its guests exclusive use of parking for several vehicles, private 28m2 pool with sun loungers, shower, covered summer kitchen with dining table and a barbecue fireplace. There is also a table tennis, swing and badminton court. The landlord lives next door in a separate part of the house, which has 160m2 of living space on two floors and consists of a ground floor flat for 4-5 people and a separate double bedroom with its own shower. The flat on the ground floor has a living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower/WC.The separate bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower/WC is also on the ground floor by the pool.The second flat for 4-5 persons is located on the 1st floor and offers a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned and wifi is available and the holiday home will be completely renovated in 2023!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
