Spacious villa with pool near Tinjan
The house is on the outskirts of the little village of Milinki near Tinjan in the Istrian region. The nearest house is 100 metres away and so you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy. The property offers accommodation for 6 people. It is not a fishing house.
The 5000m² plot of land with plenty of greenery and trees provides ample space for a family with children. There is a 40m² (10 x 4 meter) swimming pool with a depth of up to 1.40 m, featuring underwater lighting and a self-cleaning system. The pool area has sun loungers and a parasol. Use of the pool is for holiday home guests only. There is also a roofed dining area with a grill.
The 90m² living space of the villa provides a spacious living and dining room with a sofa suite, satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas and electric stove, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The property has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The three bedrooms each have a double bed (except the bunk bed room). Two of them are equipped with a satellite TV. The two bathrooms provide a bath or shower and a washing machine. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa.
The nearest restaurant and the bus stop are 100 metres away. There are good public transport connections around the region, ideal for exploring the beautiful nature or cultural events, many within 30 minutes. The town of Poreč is a 15-minute drive away. A range of recreational and leisure facilities provide opportunities for cycling, playing table tennis, bowling, walking, sampling local farm products etc.
