On a 650 square metre fenced plot, guests of the villa have numerous outdoor facilities at their disposal: Pool of 55 sqm with whirlpool area, counter-current swimming and waterfall, a fully equipped summer kitchen with charcoal and gas grill, bread oven, ice maker, dishwasher, table and chairs for 10 people and a large LCD TV. There is also a large sun terrace with sun loungers and an air-conditioned 50 square metre wellness area with LCD TV, Finnish sauna, shower and WC. Private parking for 4 cars is available on the property.

Villa Zita Exclusive is one of the most luxurious villas in central Istria. This unique property consists of 2 separate houses and can accommodate up to 10 people. Both houses are fully air-conditioned and equipped with luxury designer furniture. The detached house has 90 square metres of living space spread over two floors. It consists of ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with attractive modern fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms both with double bed, SAT-TV and private shower/WC. The larger house consists of a basement where there is a separate living area with a wonderful designer fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with SAT-TV of which one with double bed and private shower/WC, one with two single beds and shower/WC in the hallway and one with double bed, fireplace, balcony and private bathroom/WC with hydromassage bathtub. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
