This magnificent Casa Jadreški is located in Jadreški, a short drive to Medulin, where you can visit some of the very good restaurants, a long sandy beach and you can enjoy the incredible sunset every evening. The historically-famous city of Pula is only 9 km away. This villa is completely private and all furniture is carefully selected to create a modern and comfortable atmosphere. This villa has everything you can imagine for a perfect vacation and more, and is ideal for family vacations. Casa Jadreški is located on the surface of a plot of 350 m2, of which house takes 160 m2. The exterior is dominated by an outdoor swimming pool with salt water (without chlorine) and an equipped sunbathing area. The rooms are located on the first floor and the open kitchen with a living room and dining room on the ground floor give a feeling of spaciousness. The house is equipped with a heating system and underfloor heating, and it is also possible to deliver local food from local farms.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
