The newly renovated villa Casa Anima in Hreljići is only a few kilometers away from the beautiful beaches of eastern Istria. The spacious courtyard is dominated by a private pool surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers and parasols, and there is also a corner for the youngest guests equipped with swings. The cozy interior of Villa Casa Anima, enriched with a combination of stone and wooden details, is equipped to accommodate up to 5 persons. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area and equipped kitchen, as well as one bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the building where are two bedrooms, one of which has an extra bed and one bathroom. The ideal places to spend summer evenings are certainly two covered terraces equipped with seating areas and barbecue, located near the pool. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
