The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, two double beds and eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and two fireplaces. In addition there is a garden, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a fitness equipment, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a football table and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five toilets, two showers, five washbasins and three baths or showers.

The holiday home has two washing machines, two fridge-freezers and two tumble dryers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, a dishwasher, a stovetop, two microwaves and an oven.

The main villa is spread across multiple levels and thoughtfully arranged for group living. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a spacious rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flexible dining area. This level also features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: one bedroom with a double bed, one with a double and single bed, and one with two single beds that convert into a double. The attic includes two bedrooms furnished with three single beds plus a games area with billiards, table football, chess, and children’s games; they share a bathroom and separate toilet. Cots and extra beds are available and free of charge in the property

The basement is dedicated to leisure and wellness, featuring a fireplace, gym, sauna, massage table, and a full laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Separate from the main house is a self-contained apartment offering two single beds, a small living area with two additional beds, dining space, kitchen, and private bathroom. Parking inside the property is available and free of charge.

Outdoors, the Mediterranean garden hosts a large private swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi for six, sun loungers, table tennis, and a barbecue area, creating a complete private resort experience for unforgettable stays in Istria.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
