Villa Lipica, in the heart of Istria, is a magnificent holiday home for 14 people. Spacious and charming, lovingly decorated, it is rich in Istrian details. The large garden, swimming pool, hot tub, tavern with fireplace, sauna, gym, massage table, and many other amenities will delight guests of this exceptional holiday home. The ground floor features a large living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. A wooden staircase leads to a gallery with a pool table and other games for the whole family. The gallery connects two bedrooms and a living room. The ground floor also has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. To the left of the villa is a separate studio apartment (separate entrance, near the pool) with two single beds, two sofa beds, and an adjoining bathroom. Enjoy a beautiful garden with sun loungers, table tennis, a large private pool (with a children's area), and an outdoor hot tub. Villa Lipica is the ideal choice for the perfect family holiday. (Not suitable for younger groups.)

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
