On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and an extra smaller lounge area featuring a lovely fireplace. There’s also a bathroom on this level and a bedroom with a double bed, its own private bathroom, and air conditioning. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds, air conditioning, and private bathrooms, and one of these rooms also has a beautiful balcony. The third bedroom comes with two single beds, perfect for kids or friends who prefer separate beds.Outside, there’s plenty to enjoy — a 32 m² private pool, sun loungers, a children’s playground, table football, and two covered outdoor dining areas with a barbecue, ideal for spending warm summer evenings together. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
