The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, three doubter beds and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Holiday Home Luna is a charming retreat located in Vodnjan, Istria County, Croatia. This stone-built house offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities, including a private outdoor swimming pool, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen. Situated approximately 15 km from Pula and 9 km from the nearest beach, it provides a peaceful setting while still being close to local attractions and the Adriatic coast.

Important: damage deposit of 300 Euro will be collected by the owner on the spot and returned on the check out, after the inspection of the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
