It is for the exclusive use of guests, offering them a carefree and intimate holiday as it is located in a quiet location outside the village.

The village is surrounded by unspoilt nature, where, moreover, there are bicycle paths leading to the interior of Istria or to the sea.

The renowned Damjanić winery is one of the leading wine cellars in the region and is only 200 m from the villa. The tourist resort of Zelena Laguna is 3.5 km away and offers numerous sports and entertainment facilities (water ski lift rental, boat rental, etc.), and finally, only 2.5 km away is the large Aquacolors water park.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
