Holiday home Anna Premium is located in the village of Fuskulin, only 3.5 km from the Zelena Laguna holiday resort with its numerous beaches, entertainment and sports facilities and 8 km from Poreč. It is located on the outskirts of the village, on a fenced garden plot of approx. 400m2 and a beautiful view of nature. Parking is in the yard.
The house has two separate units and can accommodate up to 10 people. the 115 square metres of living space are spread over two floors. The smaller flat for 2-4 persons is located on the ground floor and consists of kitchen with dining table, separate living room with pull-out couch, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower/WC and beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture.
In the upper part of the house is the modern flat for 4-6 persons and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, pull-out couch and covered balcony with beautiful sea view, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN are available on both floors and are included in the price
Guests also have 2 bicycles at their disposal to explore the surrounding area and enjoy nature.
The house is located in a quiet place and thanks to its facilities, it is an ideal place for a family holiday near Porec.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
