The beautiful Istrian-style Villa Carmen is located in the small village of Fuskulin, near Poreč. This semi-detached house features a modern interior with rustic touches. The ground floor comprises an open-plan living room with a fireplace, dining table, kitchen, and separate WC. The first floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor offers two further air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. In the lovely garden, you can enjoy a covered terrace, a private swimming pool, a barbecue, and a beautiful old tree that provides perfect shade on a sunny, hot summer afternoon.

We do not accept groups of young people.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
