It is only 20 minutes by car from Porec and the nearest beach. The house is situated on a partially fenced garden plot of 250 m² with manicured lawn and flowers, a 32 m² pool and sun loungers. Next to the pool there is a lovely terrace with dining table and barbecue as well as 2 parking spaces.

Villa Marilena for 4 people comprises a total of 120 m² of living space spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, the house offers a spacious living room with access to the pool and outdoor area, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and direct access to the pool as well as a separate toilet. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
