The house is located in Đuba, a quiet area just 2 km from the center of Umag. The apartment for up to 3 people is located on the ground floor of a family house where we rent another apartment for up to 5 people and in which the owners live with a dog. The apartment with a private entrance has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) where it is possible to add an extra bed for a child, bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with night lamps and a mirror with a wardrobe. The complete bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). From the bathroom access to the living area equipped with kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator with freezer area, stove with 3 gas burners and one electric, smoke extractor hood, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and glasses. The dining area has a table and 3 chairs, chest of drawers with flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner and free Wi-Fi internet connection. At the entrance the private terrace with a barbeque, table and chairs.
In the fenced garden is available free parking.
The Đuba area is located 2 km from the center of Umag and is very popular and loved by tourists for its proximity to natural beaches, bars, grocery stores, restaurants. The area is sunny and surrounded by greenery, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The neighborhood consists of private houses with fenced gardens. The restaurant within walking distance of the house, the public playground for children in front of the house, the nearest rocky beach Sveti Pelegrin (Zlatorog) at 400 m, the natural rocky beach and sandy Sveti Ivan at 600 m where you will also find the grocery store, and bar.
In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there.
