The house extends over 130 m2 of the ground floor.The house consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, toilet, sink and washing machine, and the other with a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer are located between the rooms. Iron and ironing board are part of the equipment.The kitchen, dining table and living room extend across the front of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with 4 electric plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a hood. The dining room has a table and 6 chairs. Satellite programs, 2 speakers and Wi-Fi are available to guests. The living room opens through large doors directly onto the covered terrace with garden furniture and onto the outdoor pool. A charcoal BBQ can be used in the yard.Parking for 2 cars is located in the closed courtyard.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
