Private: property 580 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
