Casa Arsini is a renovated stone house located in the village of Dracevac, 9 km from Porec and the sea. It was built at the end of the 19th century, and in 2020 it was completely renovated and furnished with modern and rustic furniture.

It is located on its own 250 square metre plot and offers its guests a jacuzzi, sun loungers, large covered terrace with seating and private parking for 2 vehicles, table tennis and the landlord lives nearby. The house can accommodate up to 8 people with 120m2 of living space on two floors. It consists of a spacious air-conditioned living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with French bed, 1 bathroom with shower in the hallway, a twin bedroom with shower/WC and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your loved ones, then Casa Arsini is the right choice.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
