A marvellous view of the sea and nearby olive groves surround the villa. The absolutely quiet villa accommodates up to 8 people (+2 children 0-12 years) This newly built, charming villa in 2018 with infinity pool is located in a small Istrian village Deklici / Kastelir just a few minutes from the tourist centre of Porec. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. During your stay in our villa near Porec, you should definitely visit the Euphrasian Basilica. It was built in the middle of the 6th century in Byzantine style and is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage, where a massive city wall defies time and welcomes visitors from all over the world. Here you will find many small restaurants, cafes, shopping centres and boutiques. You will find international airports in Pula and Trieste. (Ryanair, Germanwings, FlyGlobespan, Thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights). Rovinj and Pula and other highlights are only a short drive away. The covered terrace with adjoining outdoor barbecue offers an outdoor dining area for 8 people. In addition, the small outdoor kitchen offers a spacious drinks fridge, storage space and a sink with hot and cold water. The youngest guests can pass the time in the beautifully maintained garden, where there is a children's swing with climbing net. The property is fully fenced and offers 2 parking spaces. The electric entrance gate can be conveniently operated by radio remote control from the car and the house. The garden area and pool are cosily lit at night, 4 olive trees and garden plants round off the ambience. The property is completely fenced.
The villa has a total of four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The ground floor has an air-conditioned bedroom with adjoining bathroom, guest WC and a large 60 sqm air-conditioned living room. The bedroom has direct access to the terrace with a spacious infinity pool. The spacious living room with large flat screen TV, Blue Ray player and opposite large seating area with pull-out additional sleeping accommodation for 2 children or 1 extra bed). An open-plan modern kitchen, dining area for 8 people with a large wooden table right next to the open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you plenty of space to prepare your culinary favourites. The open fireplace rounds off the cosily furnished living unit. A further three bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, as well as free Wifi throughout the house and garden. One bedroom has direct access to the covered terrace. Here you will also find two sun loungers with a spacious view of the sea. All bedrooms have a view of the nearby sea. There is also a mobile baby cot in the house, which can be set up in a bedroom as required. All spacious bathrooms with private access via the bedroom are equipped with a shower and bath or bath-shower.
