Location is perfect for daily excursions across the Istiran peninsula, whether you are looking for the romantic medieval little towns, homey taverns and inns, sea side beaches or various summer attractions.. Your children will appreciate visit to water parks in Novigrad or Poreč, Dinopark in Funtana. Cultural lovers can enjoy visit to the picturesque Rovinj or ancient Pula.

Villa is surrounded by fenced garden (600 m2) offering privacy and tranquility. Swimming pool (9x4 m) provides nice refreshment during the long hot summer days.
Cozy gathering around delicious diner from the stone grill stove is lovely day closure. A special feature of the house is little "Kažun" in the pool, a typical Istrian round stone house.
By the pool there are sunbeds where you can relax and treat yourself with leisure.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
