For safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when not in the apartment,
Use the apartment’s equipment with care,
Leave the dishes empty and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
Report any damages to the owner, who will assess the damage and request payment in cash before departure,
Notify the owner of the expected departure time one day in advance to arrange the return of the keys.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
