Welcome to our holiday home! XXL Holiday Home is the perfect getaway for large families and groups of friends. Positioned in a small village, this house, divided into six self-contained apartments, has a big dinning area and a large pool, so that guests can enjoy both privacy and time together.

Inside, each apartment offers comfort and functionality. The ground floor features a fully equipped professional kitchen, boasting a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, alongside a large dining room with seating for 20 people, complete with a cozy fireplace. On the first and second floors, you'll find five more apartments, each boasting a kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, TV, and private bathroom. Three of six apartments offer a double bedroom along with a room equipped with two single beds, ensuring ample space for all guests.

The extra-large pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites you to dive in or simply bask in the sun, while an outdoor shower adds to the convenience. The garden, fully fenced for privacy and security, is a playground for both young and old, featuring a plethora of children's games and comfortable garden furniture. For entertainment, a games area with table tennis, billiards, and darts awaits, alongside tables and chairs for group gatherings, a gas grill, and a traditional stone fireplace for memorable barbecue evenings.

The nearby Duga Uvala Bay beckons with its pristine beaches, clear waters, and water sports. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
