Designer villa in modern style with pool and spacious garden
This detached family home is located in a small village at the end of the road in a beautiful and green environment, just three kilometres from the sea and four kilometres from Umag. The location is ideal for family activities, romantic getaways or just pure relaxation.
The approx. 110 m² designer villa was recently built to the highest standard (2018).
The villa was built and furnished with great taste. In a modern style but with many traditional elements, it extends over the ground floor.
Large living room, the modern kitchen, and dining table corner is all open plan and is heated by the wood burner on cold evenings with pleasant warmth. The villa has a coffee/bar corner, bright corridor with access to the: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom, children's bedroom with two bunk beds and large bathroom.
From the living area you can access the large covered terrace. From here you can see the entire garden, including the pool (7.5 x 4.5) and the Italian mountains in the distance. Just around the corner from the terrace is a covered barbecue area. Next to the sunbathing area is an outdoor shower. The approx. 750 m² plot is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children to run around in. You can park your car free of charge in the large private car park.
Peace and quiet, secluded in fine style.
The nearest town centre with a train station, bars and clubs is just four kilometres away. A grocery shop is just two kilometres away and the nearest cafés and restaurants are three kilometres away. Those who like to be active will also find plenty to do here: golf course (approx. 10 km), horse riding (approx. 2 km), swimming pool (approx. 5 km), tennis court (approx. 5 km) and a football pitch (approx. 2 km). The clear sea is only three kilometres away.
