*to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
*to report any damages caused to the owner, who, after careful evaluation, will request payment for damages in cash before departure,
*to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange the return of keys.
*The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
