This beautiful property in the idyllic little village of Bijazici near Svetvincenat in the heart of the Istrian region offers you peace and relaxation. The modernly designed and equipped villa with heated swimming pool was built in 2017 and is located on a 960 m² plot in the peaceful countryside. Location: Morosini-Grimani Castle in Svetvincenat is 5 km from the holiday home. Pula airport is about 20 km away. The location is very advantageous, as the popular holiday resorts of Fažana with the Brion islands and Pula with the historic old town in the south as well as Rovinj and Porec with their sights on the west coast are within easy reach.

Outdoor area: The highlight of the 960 m² property is of course the centrepiece, the property's 33 m² swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Even outside the summer months, the heated swimming pool offers pleasant temperatures for swimming. In addition, the 70 m² terrace (approx. 30 m² of which is covered) is ideal for relaxing and barbecuing together. The well-kept garden of the property is of course also completely at your disposal. The surrounding walls are partly planted with a photinia hedge and the olive trees, some of which are very old, characterise the Mediterranean flair. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
