This house newly built in 2013 is in a quiet and green part of Istria, an ideal place for enjoying a quiet poolside holiday.

The living room has two doors out onto the terrace. Enjoy a grill evening in the roofed grill area with a big dining table near the 32m² pool, surrounded by a sun terrace and the ideal place to spend hot summer days. Enjoy complete privacy in 1600m² of secluded private property surronding the house by a stone wall 1.60m high. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs. You will also find a tennis table outside in the garden.

The furnished interior provides 220m² of living space and can accommodate eight adults and two children. The centrepiece of the accommodation is the comfortable living room with a fireplace and sofas, directly adjoining the spacious dining area with a kitchen unit, equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. The special feature of this house is the blend of rustic and modern elements. There is a bedroom on the ground floor, on the south side, with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The other three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and also faces south. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 200cm). All the bedrooms have air conditioning and their own bathroom. One bathroom has a bath (and shower), while the other three only have a shower.

There are only few houses in the immediate vicinity. The little village of Cabrunici is only a few hundred metres away. Cabrunici is about 14km from the sea and is between the historical towns of Vodnjan and St. Vincent, on the road to Pula. It is about 25km to Rovinj. Pula, with its Roman buildings, is 15km away, as is Pula airport. The nearest beach is in Fažana, where you can dive, fish, go jetskiing or simply laze.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
