The villa is surrounded by green meadows and olive groves, combining the best of both worlds. Villa Sky Dream features tastefully decorated interiors, carefully chosen furniture with clean lines and neutral colors with hints of turquoise and orange in the living room creating a spa feel. The villa is surrounded by a well-tended lawn, a large heatable swimming pool, sun terraces and an open barbecue fireplace on the terrace - ideal for cozy barbecues. With three air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, it offers enough space for the whole family - on request also with your four-legged friend. You can park your vehicle(s) in a shaded spacious carport - the parking area is lockable and located on the property. Pool heating with heat pump upon request at least 2 weeks before arrival; weather-related temperature; pool is available in the period: 13.4.-12.10. Important information: Security deposit will be returned after your departure, on your bank account.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
