The modern villa is located 2 kilometres from the picturesque town of Novigrad in Istria. We wanted you to find much more than luxury accommodation and enjoy the relaxing silence of the trees.
The pool is tempting to invite all your friends over for a swim or to laze around. The summer kitchen is ideal for a delicious barbecue.
Treat yourself to an afternoon of wellness in the whirlpool on the open terrace or in the Finnish sauna and then experience sweet dreams on the spacious beds.
If you want to experience the sea up close, there are bicycles in the courtyard that you can use to take a trip to the sea in no time at all.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
