Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. No heating option. Terrace 25 m2, 2 small terraces 6 m2 partly. Terrace furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
