The beautiful Villa Riposo, built in a contemporary style, boasts a luxurious interior and a superb location. The villa is situated just 2 km from Novigrad, a small town in northwestern Istria.

It features four luxurious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, one of which includes a relaxing bathtub. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the others are on the upper floor, where you'll find a terrace with a hot tub, offering tranquility and breathtaking sea views.
The ground floor comprises a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional WC. The spacious terrace and courtyard feature an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, an outdoor table, and a lovely 50 m² swimming pool. Around the pool are six sun loungers where you can enjoy the summer sun.
Within the fully fenced yard is a lovely green lawn.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
