Detailed information

Holiday home "Nevena" was built in 2011 on a 1000m² plot. The entire property is enclosed by stone walls. On the grounds, there is a 50m² swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols, and small tables. There is also a large covered barbecue and a 3-meter-long table.

House "Nevena" is well-suited for one or two couples with children (up to a maximum of 10 people in total).

We only accept families. We do not accept groups with young people under 25. One or two dogs are permitted for an additional fee. The price for one dog is €10 per day, and for two dogs, it is €20 per day.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
