General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

The villa is at the quiet heart of Istria on a slope, just a few kilometres from the old town of Motovun.

The living room opens onto the big, roofed terrace with an additional outdoor kitchen, with a sink, fridge, brick-built grill and table with chairs. From here you can plunge directly into the 8.5 x 3m pool heated with electrical heaters. On the other side of the pool there is another, gazebo-like, roofed terrace, with seating. A special highlight of this house is the home cinema, which can also be set up outside (it's moveable). In the evenings you can watch a couple of films on the screen or simply gaze at the Istrian starry sky. Above the pool there is also a space for playing badminton or football. As the house is completely surrounded by the outdoor area, there is also a little terrace behind the house, where you can read a book in the shade or take a midday nap. The outdoor area is fenced, so also safe for children and pets. Up to three cars can be parked in front of the house.

The villa with LED lighting has two bedrooms, each with a big double bed (180 x 200cm), as well as its own bathroom with a towel radiator, WC and shower, as well as a bath. The guest bathroom has a WC and a washing machine. You can enjoy cosy evenings in front of the fireplace in the generous living room, which also has a fold-out sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm) and a playstation 4 for gaming. The open kitchen has a fridge and freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. Each colourful room has heating and individually regulated air conditioning. Of course free wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. The owner can provide a cot and highchair free of charge on request.

The nearest shops, restaurants and entertainment are about 3km away.

The owner provides some bonus, for bookings you receive: a box with of Malvasia white wine or 6 l homemade craftbeer “Birra Koko”. There is an electrical heater for the swimming pool which allows a swimming in the pool from April until October. It is free of charge.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
