Private: property 1'594 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
