Villa Sentiero is a newly built, modern holiday home on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the green interior of Istria, not far from Pazin and only 25 minutes by car from Poreč and beautiful beaches. In the villa's own, fully fenced garden of 1400 m2 with a well-tended lawn, guests have access to an outdoor pool, summer kitchen with charcoal grill and shower/WC, sun loungers and garden furniture for outdoor dining. There is table tennis and table football for the little ones and a children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the house. Several covered car parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
This beautiful holiday home with pool extends over a total of 200 m² on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, the house offers a living room with pull-out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and direct access to the pool, garden and covered terrace with lounge furniture. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom and separate toilet. On the upper floor of the house there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a spacious covered terrace with wonderful views of the green landscape.
This beautiful villa offers you a luxurious holiday in peace and quiet and yet not far from tourist centres and small Istrian towns.
Groups of young people are not permitted and small pets are allowed on request.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
