Villa Beram is located in a small town with the same name not far from the city of Pazin in the heart of Istria. The centuries-old villa has been recently restored and decorated in stone and wood to retain the indigenous charms. It spreads on three floors and with three bedrooms can accommodate up to eight persons. The interior is nicely decorated, in gentle and bright colors. Spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen features a corner fireplace and has an exit ona a terrace with panoramic view of the Istrian hills. At your disposal you have an outdoor area with a heated pool that can be used out of high season, as well as balconies overlooking the spacious greenery. These are certainly the reasons why you will want to spend your vacation in this charming villa.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
