It is 3.5 km from the town center and 1.9 km from the first beach. The house is located at the beginning of the village, along many vineyards, and is surrounded by a large, very beautiful garden.

The area is ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Istrian gardens, the warm sun and the blue sea. For an active holiday you can take a walk, cycling, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, play mini golf, or just rent a boat. The beaches are usually made of gravel and stone, old pine trees and olive trees reach the sea.

The beach is equipped with showers and a variety of sports facilities. You can reach the beach by foot, by bike or by car.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
