In 2011, the semi-detached house Marija (100m²) was newly renovated and first made available to our guests.

It is a typical Istrian stone house with a private pool, barbecue facilities, and plenty of space on the fenced property.

The ground floor comprises a combined living room and kitchen, a living area (with a sofa bed if needed), and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor are two bedrooms with double beds and a second bathroom, also with a shower.

Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, and parking are available. Pets are welcome.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
