Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 13.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub (all included), washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Labin" 7 km, pebble beach 15 km. Please note: airfield 45 km from the property. Outdoor kitchen (cooking stove, refrigerator). Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the heating (extra) is required.

There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Romantica in Županići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
