The popular Girandella beach in Rabac and historic town center of Labin are within 12 km and 8 km of the villa.

The newly-built villa set on 2.400 m2 of land and features a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and two patios for enjoyment in sun throughout the day. Patios overlook the private pool and offer chance to barbecue. Property features kids playground, badminton court and mini football field. Guests are welcome to use bicycles that are on the premises and explore the surrounding roads and villages.

The single-storey villa features a flat-screen TV and air-conditioning in the living room. There are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. A seventh and eigth person can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster among others. Free WiFi and parking for guests is provided.

There is a restaurant named Kaštel Pineta just 2.5 km from the villa. It serves local specialties and traditional cuisine. The coastal town of Rabac is 12 km from the property and features numerous beaches, diving opportunities and various attractions such as sailing, fishing and jet ski and boat rentals. The surroundings also feature various bike and wine routs. Only 2 km from the property is beautiful river Raša with its panoramic views and kayaking experiences. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
