Outside you can enjoy the large pool or just lie on deck chairs and read a nice book . This beautiful and modern villa with its surroundings is a real pleasure for the eye. Like each of our villas, Villa Aeris also has free WiFi access and parking for 3 cars. In the garden there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue where you can spend the evening grilling. In the yard there is also a playground with swings for children and table football. Villa Aeris is really beautiful!

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
