There is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor have access to an additional terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and one even has a workspace.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. In the living room you will find a Playstation with video games for hours of entertainment. The dining/living area has a contemporary design and includes a high chair for children. If required, the sofa can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
