General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. The small idyllic village of Kraj Drage is located 15 minutes from the old town of Labin. There you will find our RED House, surrounded by greenery, on a fenced plot of approx. 3,500 sqm with no direct neighbours. This house is perfect for families or groups looking for a place of peace and privacy. Here you can spend the whole day undisturbed by the large pool and young and old will find plenty to do. The playground, trampoline, table football and table tennis table provide plenty of variety.

This house welcomes you with its spacious open-plan living/dining area and a view of the countryside. The house has a total of four bedrooms and can accommodate eight people. Three of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds (180x200cm) with a split mattress base for a good night's sleep. Two of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window. For the other guests, there is a large daylight bathroom with two washbasins and a bathtub. The fourth bedroom with its two single beds (90x200cm) offers a beautiful view of the pool and the countryside through a large sliding door. There is also a guest WC, where the washing machine is located.
The kitchen, which is open to the dining and living area, is equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and invites you to cook together. With an oven, hob with two induction hobs and two gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and wine fridge, it leaves nothing to be desired. A small pantry offers additional storage space.
There are two comfortable chairs in the gallery above the living room, which are equipped with jukeboxes and invite you to relax. The living area with the large sofa offers plenty of space for sitting together or for a cosy evening in front of the TV - there is plenty to keep you occupied even on rainy days.

From the living room, you can access the covered terrace and the outdoor kitchen. Here you can sit comfortably in the shade and grill fresh fish, meat and vegetables from the Labin market on our gas or charcoal barbecue. The large pool has two shallower pools, one ideal for smaller children, the other is equipped with massage jets for a little wellness experience. There is a large playground with a trampoline where young and old can let off steam to their heart's content.

All in all, the house has been lovingly and thoughtfully furnished, with lots of wooden furniture and selected materials ensuring a great indoor climate and rounding off the experience in the middle of nature. The small forest in front of the garden is also part of the house and offers a further 6,500 square metres to discover.

Our pool is open every year from 1 May and is closed between the beginning and end of October, depending on weather conditions.

In the village of Nedescina, about 3 kilometres away, there is a small mini-market for fresh bread every day, while the supermarkets in Labin are ideal for larger purchases. Many beautiful beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The nearest restaurant is only a few minutes away by car.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
