The holiday home for 14 persons has four bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a barbecue, a terrace, a garden, an air conditioner and fitness equipment. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

In the old village of Stanković, built in the 15th century above Orebić, you will find the silence and atmosphere of the Mediterranean as it once was, intimacy and simplicity combined with unpretentious luxury.

Dark wood combined with white stone, antique pale green shingles and luxurious interiors will not leave guests indifferent.

The villa can accommodate 14 people and offers an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi with a waterfall, a game room, a gym, a children's park, an outdoor grill and plenty of shade for an afternoon siesta.

The entire property of 2000 m2 is ideal for a quiet family vacation and gatherings with family and friends.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
