There are two apartments within the same semi-detached house so it allows everyone to have their own space and privacy while still staying together in the same location.
The fact that it is located right next to the sea is a definite plus, and the spacious terrace would provide a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.
This Beach House consists of 2 apartments:
1.Apartment: located on the ground floor of the house, the apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and other kitchen amenities, a spacious living room with TV, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
2. Apartment: located on the first floor, the apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and other kitchen amenities, a spacious living room with TV, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The two apartments can accommodate up to 10 people in total.
This semi-detached house house has a spacious terrace right next to the sea that is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
Guests have outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture, BBQ, outdoor shower and sunbeds and kayaks at their disposal!
Free private parking is available and it's located 60m from the property!
The nearest restaurant/caffe bar is aprox. 100m from the property!
In Blace you will find a couple of restaurants with local cuisine, cafe bars , and great pizza! There are 3 local shops within the town, and only a couple of kilometers away in the city of Metković you can find bigger supermarkets and restaurants with local cuisine. Blace is closely connected to many great places if you wish to make one day trips , such as Dubrovnik , Mostar, Medjugorje, Pelješac, Mljet, Ston, and many more beautiful destinations.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
