This cozy, well-appointed 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building next to the Albert I Promenade and offers a beautiful sea view. With modern amenities such as WiFi, digital TV and a dishwasher, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment offers an open view of the sea and the breakwater and is a short walk from the city center, shopping streets, Casino Kursaal, restaurants and the Visserskaai.

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with coffee table, side table and digital TV with DVD player. The open kitchen with sea view is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto, traditional coffee maker and induction hob. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
