In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a bicycle parking, a terrace and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a bath with shower.

This newly built ground-floor apartment is a perfect choice for families or small groups and offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. It also includes a spacious living room with digital TV and a large sun terrace, furnished for outdoor relaxation. The apartment is not pet-friendly and offers modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, while the building is wheelchair accessible, ensuring convenience for all guests. Guests can enjoy the underground parking garage and private bicycle hooks.

A beautiful golf course, Ter Hille Koksijde, is just 5 km away, and the lively marina of Nieuwpoort is also a short drive from the property. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
