The holiday home for 20 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with ten single beds, three bunk beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna, a DVD player, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a football table, a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, two toilets and four showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.

Welcome to this spacious and stylish villa for 20 guests, located in the exclusive Miami villa district in Middelkerke, just 500 metres from the beach and the North Sea. Here you can enjoy the perfect combination of peace, space and coastal atmosphere – ideal for families, groups of friends or a weekend by the sea.

Inside, the villa offers all the comfort for a carefree stay. The cosy living room with fireplace and digital TV forms the heart of the house, while the fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine provides everything you need to cook and dine together. On the ground floor you will also find a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. On the first floor there are five spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 20 guests, as well as two additional bathrooms and a separate toilet.

After a day at the beach or a walk through the dunes, you can relax in the veranda, jacuzzi and infrared sauna. For extra entertainment there is a recreation room with table football and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside you will find a spacious fenced garden with terrace and garden furniture – perfect for long summer evenings or a cosy barbecue. There is parking space for up to eight cars and families with young children can make use of a baby cot and high chair.

The location is ideal: the beach, the sea and the lively promenade of Middelkerke are within walking distance. In the surrounding area you can cycle along the coast, walk through the dunes, play golf or visit nearby towns such as Ostend, Nieuwpoort or the charming city of Bruges. For extra fun, you can even rent a golf cart on site to explore the area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
